An interactive installation that deals with the human processing of tough emotions and challenging
times.
I Want Wind To Blow
Pain can strike in a single moment, yet its unraveling takes time- a quiet, unhurried labor. We each
carry our own invisible burdens, often unaware that others bear similar weights.
I Want Wind To Blow traces this long, meticulous journey through difficult moments, offering a
place to
share, to listen, and perhaps, in the gentle exchange of stories, to feel less alone.
The tape machine serves as the heart of the installation, playing music composed during the reflection
of a breakup. Visitors can gradually distort the music by placing magnets on the tape. Alongside this,
images of important places from that journey appear, slowly transforming into noise.
Throughout the room, visitors may read journal entries and on them share their own thoughts and
experiences.
I Want Wind To Blow serves as a safe space for people, in which they can share themselves
without
judgement and with a sense of belonging. Please do come by and take your time.
