An interactive installation that deals with the human processing of tough emotions and challenging
times.
I Want Wind To Blow
Pain can strike in a single moment, yet processing it takes time. We quietly carry our own burdens,
often unaware that others bear similar weights.
I Want Wind To Blow addresses this long journey through difficult moments, offering a
place to
share, to listen, and perhaps, in the exchange of stories, to feel less alone.
The tape machine serves as the core of the installation, playing music composed while coming to terms with
a breakup. Visitors can gradually distort the music by placing magnets on the tape. Alongside this,
images of important places from that journey appear, slowly transforming into noise.
Throughout the room, visitors may read journal entries and on them share their own thoughts and
experiences.
I Want Wind To Blow serves as a safe space for people, in which they can share themselves
without
judgement and with a sense of belonging. Please do come by and take your time.
